GERMANY - Nusselt anno 1888

Lebküchnerei  =  Gingerbread Making

https://www.nusselt-lebkuchen.de

~ a Bakery and Pastry Shop in, and some around Nuremberg ~

Began in 1786 - expanded for a century.
Re-established in 1888 by master baker Wiedmann (the former namesake of the bakery).
At some point Hans Nusselt took over (name was changed to Nusselt).
Handed over to his son, Rainer Nusselt, in 2003.

~ Very Dedicated Craftsmanship ~
Each Lebkuchen (i.e. gingerbread cookie) is formed by hand.
To be an "Elisen" lebkuchen, there's no more than 10% wheat flour.  It's honey, nuts, & spices.
